Leithinis Donabate Portrane CCE have just completed a very successful first year of music lessons in Fiddle, Bodhran, Tin Whistle and Banjo. We have 52 students at both beginner and improver level participating in lessons on Monday evenings in the Educate Together National School .We have regular slow sessions in the Parish Hall and fast sessions in Keelings lounge every third Wednesday of the month for advanced musicians.Following the outbreak of Covid19 our lessons and slow sessions continued over zoom .

Go raibh maith agaigh to all our members and the residents and businesses of Donabate and Portrane for their support over the past year. Alot of work was involved behind the scenes to get the branch up and running and we are learning as we go but it wouldn't have been possible without local community support. We would encourage all our students to keep practicing and we will see you all in September.
